This form is designed to keep track of orders and spending each month. There is a spot to write a quick description of each custom order you take and how much you charged. The pink items are ingredients and other costs such as cutters or packaging. You can use this from however it works best for you. I tend record the orders but just record the ingredients and other costs as they incur. For example, I do not record how much sugar each order took. I mark each time I go through a bag of sugar, or a bottle of vanilla, etc and then add up what the cost was at the end of the month. Each time I buy cutters, packaging or other materials I will fill in a box and then add that up at the end of the month, etc.
